Training Course Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the attendee, our policy states, a full refund will be given, provided we receive notification of cancellation at least 10 days prior to the course date. A 50% refund will be provided up to 3 days prior to the course date and cancellations received less than 48 hours before the course, are not entitled to a refund. Refunds will not be given for a “no show” on the day. In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, the cost of the course will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled at a later date, should you not be able to attend the rescheduled course a full refund will be provided.

Discounts, Offers and Promotion
All discounts, offers and promotions relating to any of our training programs and services are subject to change. We retain the right to bring any promotion to an end at any time and We are under no obligation to notify You that any promotion has ended.
